INFORMATION ABOUT SENDING COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

In accordance with the Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant legislation, commercial electronic communication refers to data, voice, and visual messages sent for commercial purposes using electronic means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic calling machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, and short message service.

Commercial electronic communications can only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. Commercial electronic messages cannot be sent to recipients who do not have consent registered on the Commercial Electronic Message Management System ("IYS"). This consent can be obtained in writing, electronically, or through any electronic communication tool or through IYS (if the system is operational). In cases of consent obtained via IYS, it includes a positive declaration of intent and an electronic communication address. Recipients can refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without stating a reason. The recipient's refusal notification invalidates the consent related to the communication channel where the notification is made. The recipient can also exercise the right to refuse via IYS (if the system is operational).

If the recipient provides their contact information for communication purposes, no additional consent is required for commercial electronic messages related to changes, usage, and maintenance of the products or services obtained.

Prior consent is not mandatory for sending commercial electronic messages to merchants or craftsmen. However, if merchants and craftsmen exercise their right to refuse as stipulated in the relevant legislation, commercial electronic messages cannot be sent without obtaining their consent. In this context, before sending messages, the electronic communication addresses of merchants or craftsmen are registered with the service provider on the IYS, and it is verified whether recipients have exercised their right to refuse via IYS.

In accordance with the Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant legislation, by providing my name, surname, and contact information to the BIZE Online Website, I hereby declare my explicit consent to BIZE to communicate with me through any communication channel (such as SMS, e-mail, telephone, fax, call center, etc.) for the purpose of providing information, promotion, advertising, product offers, promotions, campaigns, satisfaction assessment studies, and announcements related to the services provided by BIZE within the scope of the services provided by BIZE, I declare that I will inform BIZE in writing if there is any change in this information and provide BIZE with a new declaration containing my updated information by signing it.

I acknowledge that this consent is revocable and that I can exercise my right to refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without stating a reason, and that I can exercise my right to refuse via IYS (if the system is operational), free of charge, through the same communication channel through which commercial electronic communication was sent. I accept, declare, and undertake that I am aware that my consent can be withdrawn and that I can exercise my right to refuse via IYS (if the system is operational).
