RETURN CONDITIONS

Sales made on bizeonline.com are subject to the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and comply with the provisions of this law-regulation.

Ensuring that the products you will return comply with the following conditions will facilitate the completion of the process quickly:

You need to contact us and notify us through the contact information provided on our website regarding the product you will return. Products sent without notification of return will be returned to the customer.

Return requests are not accepted if the labels affixed to the box of the products by the importer or manufacturer are torn, or if vacuum or shrink-wrapped packaging is opened.

The return must be made within seven (30) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product without opening, damaging, deteriorating, or using the product.

For products that have been removed from their original packaging and used, there is no one-week return period, and the product is absolutely not accepted for return.

According to Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers, "Goods that contain material, legal, or economic deficiencies that are contrary to the characteristics stated in the instruction and user manual or in advertisements and announcements, or that reduce the benefits expected from it by the consumer in terms of its intended use, are considered defective goods. If the customer reports the defective goods within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods, they have the right to return the product, receive a price reduction, request a free exchange, or request free repair.”

To benefit from the rights specified above by reporting a defective product;

If the specifications of the product differ from those stated in the promotion or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefits expected by the customer from the product, the product falls into the category of defective goods.

The customer must report the defective goods within 30 days.

In the report of defective goods, it is determined whether there is a usage error with a report prepared by the importer. If it is determined that there is a user error, the customer cannot benefit from the rights.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article 8 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the product within seven days from the date of delivery of the product, without assuming any responsibility and without stating any reason. Accordingly, the customer has the right to return the product without any reason within 7 days after receiving the product.
