Delivery Conditions

Your orders will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving bank approval. During discount periods, due to high demand, the shipment may take between 5-7 days. Please note that there may be delays in orders during public holidays when the courier company is not operational.

Depending on the distance to the delivery address, the courier company will deliver your order within 1-3 days.

In case of any inconvenience caused by us, you will be notified via the information provided in your order/member details. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on public holidays and during festival days.

All the products you select will be delivered to you with the Yurtiçi Cargo guarantee by the courier companies we are contracted with.

You will be notified via email about the products you purchase. If any of the selected products are out of stock, you will receive an email informing you about the issue and the estimated date when the product will be back in stock.

If the purchase is made with upfront payment and the product is out of stock: there is a processing period of at least 4 (four) and up to 30 (thirty) days for product procurement. If the product cannot be supplied within this period, the payment will be refunded to the consumer.
