Exchange and Return Information

Return and Exchange Policy:

You can return your purchased product(s) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and the tags are intact.

Exchange:

If you wish to exchange the product(s), please contact customer service. Product exchanges are not permitted except for size changes. You may return the product(s).

Return:

You can return the product(s) you wish to return, provided they comply with the return and exchange terms, and the full payment will be returned within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt, the product(s) will be inspected within 3 business days, and if no issues prevent resale, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping:

You must send the product(s) you wish to return to our address. Once we receive your return, we will process your return within 2 business days. To exchange your return, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will provide you with the exchange code.

Return and Exchange Rejection:

Products that are returned after the return or exchange period has expired or are not in the original condition (worn, washed, worn, tags removed) will not be refunded or exchanged. You will be notified of such changes via email, and the product(s) will be returned to you.

Refunds:

If the returned product(s) meet the return and exchange requirements, our company will transfer the refund to your bank within 2 business days. The average time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected on your credit card is 1-3 business days. Due to bank regulations, installment transactions are refunded in the same manner.

Exchanges and returns are free of charge using the customer code and return code provided.

For the return code, you must contact our WhatsApp line for the exchange and return code payment terms.

*Exchanges and returns are not accepted for international orders. Products purchased from abroad cannot be accepted due to customs clearance fees.
